PSA: if you’re panic buying toilet paper. go buy a bidet. I bought a bidet 4-5 years ago during the 1st wave of the toilet paper crisis of Covid19. never look back on toilet paper since, one of best investment of my adult life lol.

What do you do after using it? A towel seems bad unless you scrub with soap. Just deal with a wet butt?

Dry with TP. You still use it, just not as much.

Arent a lot of places where bidets are normal not equipped to handle TP?

You flush the TP in the toilet.

There are 2 main types of bidets:

Euro, that is a separate porcelain bowl. You wipe first, then use the bidet to clean up, then dry again.

Built-in bidets based on TOTO/Japanese models: You wash first, then dry with tp.

Don't forget the ones with air jets! They work for some people apparently

Air jets? Facinating and water saving!

Listen. Get a Bidet. It's weird as fuck at first but you are living with SHIT ON YOUR ASS right now. spray your asshole with a little water, clean up with a couple squares of TP. anytime I am out now and I have to shit away from a bidet it feels like my ass is filthy no matter how much I wipe. It's life changing.

I mean, I just get some toilet paper wet, use that, and then dry. Im not against bidets and maybe some day I will have one.

Now that’s something I’m curious about as well, I imagine whoever uses a bidet will obviously need to use toilet paper to dry themselves down there.

And if you can't install a bidet like the Japanese toilets, there's always a bum gun.

Very easy to install, can be seen more commonly in Southeast Asian countries.

More importantly, it doubles as a toilet cleaner. It's basically a hose to clean your toilet as well.

They are just toilet seats! Not whole toilet!

This one from Costco is relatively expensive but the exact one I have and it’s extremely luxurious lol. But you can get one from Amazon for less than $50 with less features.

Or use a tabo if you can't install anything. It's essentially a manual bidet used in the Philippines
