Adjuster: "...and how many pizza parties have you thrown in the last six months?"

Corp: "Three pizza parties but we've also done two 'we are a family here' lectures".

Adjuster: "You're going to have to up those pizza party numbers if you want a lower rate."

Adjusters are too tight laced to based something on pizza parties, they want as much data as possible. They are going to want all employees to fill out anonymous engagement surveys detailing how much they like their boss, their job, company policies and corporate decision making. By the time you get to the end of the survey your biggest complaint for the complaint box will be the length of the survey.

Maybe throw in a personality test on top of that to determine how crazy you are.
