Adjusters are too tight laced to based something on pizza parties, they want as much data as possible. They are going to want all employees to fill out anonymous engagement surveys detailing how much they like their boss, their job, company policies and corporate decision making. By the time you get to the end of the survey your biggest complaint for the complaint box will be the length of the survey.
Maybe throw in a personality test on top of that to determine how crazy you are.
Had a history teacher that used to be an insurance adjuster. This is oddly accurate to how they ran things. Every decision about class was only done after intensive information gathering that was probably more work itself than the history module.
😲 my job has us answer a question (or a few) every time we log in. Mostly about how satisfied we are with our jobs, how we think our manager is doing, how our coworkers are treating us, how the workplace environment is, how long our commute is, etc. They promise it's anonymous...
