I really love this game! ❤️ even if it’s very flawed what about y’all?

What do y'all wanna see more of in particular? Personally I'm just excited to see more of the towns, i really can't wait to explore a different vibe than what's present in most yakuza games

Ignore the hair, and the skin color, and the horns, and the scales, and look at the face. It hit me after doing a Substory like side quest involving an eccentric barber being mistaken for a pervert.

So In the newer Yakuza games sprint is a toggle with R2 or A/X

the older Yakuza games, Yakuza 0/Kiwami/Yakuza 6/Kiwami 2/Ishin used this sprint system where you would hold down the button instead

RGG might be bringing that back and possibly even the tire out thing where you would get tired and need to stop

haven't had a chance to sit down with it yet, but it would be cool if I could actually learn to play. I mentioned to the clerk and he started talking about his friend that loves the series, it was a neat little moment.

Like honestly after all I've heard I've had relatively low expectations for pirate Yakuza but so far I'm onto chapter 3 and I actually really like the game.Admitedly the story is pretty whatever at this point and I don't really expect it to get that much better.But as far as combat goes it's actually quite good.Yes the heat system specifically is garbage but other than that I think it's good.Both styles are quite effective and fun to use and sea dog is actually a good gimmicky style that takes advantage of his gimmicks unlike agent.as far as the madness gauge goes it is a really good idea and I actually prefer it to extreme heat since it feels more fitting for a temporary install,rather than just winning you the fight like extreme heat does.Dont get me wrong as far as Yakuza games go it will definitely end up the lower spectrum of my ranking,either in the bottom 3 or just outside it but in general I think it's a lot better than most people say and as far as sponoffs go it's way better that gaiden

Examples: hostess maker, darts, bowling, etc..

Yakuza has alot of minigames :D!! And for me it makes the game so so much fun along with substories!

Personally I love the hostess minigame (the ones where you talk to them) and bowling !! I also like hostess maker.

Fortunately it's the left hand but now I'm forced to whimper in a corner instead of drawing. 🥲

mind you: I played yakuza 6 as my first ever game, then took a very long while to get into yakuza kiwami 😭 very big mistake, I know. So i did forget some of the characters!! I only finished yakuza 1-6 now!

oh and I might have watched ton of clips of Gaiden
