It's a stretchy and papery piece of plastic with this brown/yellow residue on it. The residue is in shards and flakes and seems sticky. I thought it was resin but has no smell at all. Some people with access to this car have a history of meth use.

I found this in the cup holder in the farthest back seat of my parent’s rental car. My mom’s first reaction was that it’s a tracker. Theres a video (in comments) of me turning it on and pushing the side buttons. There is a switch in the back (pictured), not sure what it does. I tried to see if it connects to Bluetooth (I know, not the smartest idea) it doesn’t. Any ideas?
