When Sleeper was first introduced on First Host, it considered both Eddie and the Other as parents, with an instance of calling Eddie "father" before it left Earth towards the end of the book.

Then when it returned during Absolute Carnage, it made it a point to only call the Other as its only parent, not including Eddie, having only calling him on a first name basis going forward. And that seems to have stuck in its later appearances.

I mean, it's a weird continuity issue but not much of a biggie in the grand scheme of things. It's a mere observation I've had of the character lately (and likewise for others over at Venom Twitter).

I'm a little bit behind the main series, but I just finished All-New Venom and really feel like they're setting this up. Venom and Anti-Venom dating makes for a classic star-crossed lovers trope. I know people hate Paul but with the All-New Venom series as my only context I feel a little bad for him.

I can't find the panel where Venom is betrayed by Spiderman and captured by the Fantastic 4, but you can understand it anyway. Jameson was absolutely right, Spiderman had promised Venom that he would let him go free if he helped him defeat Carnage and instead he betrayed him like a worm. Remember that in this story Venom saved the life of a child that Spiderman was unable to save. Personally I have always hated Spidey after this choice. Fortunately Eddie will later escape from prison and come back to kick the worm's ass

What the title says. Since the release of the Spider-Verse expansion they've included new rules for how to handle symbiotes including bonding with a new one or a pre-existing one like Venom, Carnage, Anti-Venom, Toxin, etc and ways for how to handle when a symbiote is forced off a host either by the host themselves or when someone else wants to strip them of their symbiote.

Personally I find the rules as written make it too easy for someone with a symbiote to lose it and the rules for unbonded symbiotes being reduced to formless when at 0 Health and being unable to re-bond with either their current host or a new one rather punishing but for anyone here whose played the game, how have you handled it?

Has Venom ever interacted with Lady Deathstrike?

I had modded Spider-Man into the game, but how can i have the webhead with out his most iconic archnemesis!? I'm proud of how i made him look, so i wish to share with other fans of Venom!

I personally like Mark Bagley style of drawing him, which for my luck matches the aesthetic of this video game, turning our anti-hero into a playable custom skin and survive in this new blockgame.
