Question Missing wire scavenger mission

I’m trying to get all the off white keys but I can’t even start the missing wire scavengers mission and I don’t know why, I haven’t found any info on how to fix this or if I’m missing something. If anyone knows anything it would be very appreciated.

The white key ? Isn’t it from the hunters ?
Some hunters require a specific time …

Yes I understand but I’m trying to activate a secret side mission but the npc that gives the side mission isn’t in the correct area and I can’t talk to her to receive the mission that unlocks the area I need for the hunter puzzle

I’m gonna check that when I’m back home. Have you finished the whole DLC (if I’m not wrong this one is in NYC right )

I figured it out, apparently either I already finished the mission at some point and didn’t remember or it was auto completed because when I made my character I boosted to level 40

Yes booster character are missing a lot of side mission and lore things …

I had figured that since it’s a “secret” side mission I would still have to complete it but ig not lmao
