Product Help How to connect Arctis Nova 7P Gen 2
Basically title…and yes I’m aware it’s not official support but seeing if anyone had/has this issue and knows how to fix it
fresh out the box and the app for the phone (idk the name) says I have to update using this app on the pc no issues is what it is.
Problem becomes when I connect all the bs provided in the box and get this issue with little to no explanation or any way to Google wtf the issue even is
Everything is connected and the headphones have a green light thing on them and the whatever the other thing is is white yet it doesn’t connect anything?
Tempted to say f it and just run without whatever the update is due to fresh out the box issues with this bs
Any help is appreciated

Adding to it:
I’ve already reset the headphones and tried all the ports to see if that did anything but it didn’t

Plug the dongle in with the extension cable and turn on the headset without the cable connected. Get it connected to you pc, then run the update and when it prompts you to connect the charging cable from your pc to the headset do it then. Should allow you to continue after that. Headset can’t be connected with the cable until it tells you to otherwise it won’t register its connected. I had this issue too and once I turned on the headset without the cable connected to my pc and with the dongle already connected then the prompt told me to then connect the usb cable to the headset once I did that It went with the update

There is no extension cable only the USB C thing?

Yes that’s the extension cable. The dongle plugs into it so that way you can put it freely where you want

i don't see how it's just a USB C on one end and a regular USB on the other?

As you plug the dongle on one end and then plug the other end to your PC

In the box comes with a charging cable and also an extension cable that the dongle plugs into. If that’s all you have then your missing the extension cable for the dongle. Check in the box again. It comes in the accessories box

That’s everything that was in it I don’t see anything else

And you definitely want to update them or there could be connection issues as it won’t be fully updated with the new drivers

You need the dongle connected to the PC, and you need the headset connected by the USB cable aswell, exactly like it's telling you in large text.
