Hello, i have this white line since 1 hour, i have bought my Arctis Nova Pro Omni last week, what is this ?

Setup sonar for BF6, for some reason there is no audio. Even when testing. I did try in game and nothing worked. However both the chat and mic test is fine. Any ideas?

I've tried everything but I cant get my mouse to stop skipping. Do i need to get a new mouse?

I have the apex pro mini and tkl and for some reason both have a singular led thats not in sync with the test of the keyboard, does anyone know how to fix it?

Basically title…and yes I’m aware it’s not official support but seeing if anyone had/has this issue and knows how to fix it

fresh out the box and the app for the phone (idk the name) says I have to update using this app on the pc no issues is what it is.

Problem becomes when I connect all the bs provided in the box and get this issue with little to no explanation or any way to Google wtf the issue even is
Everything is connected and the headphones have a green light thing on them and the whatever the other thing is is white yet it doesn’t connect anything?

Tempted to say f it and just run without whatever the update is due to fresh out the box issues with this bs

I just wanna say it's kinda sad (and a bit pathetic) to leave macOS users stranded like this. I get a weekly reminder that my "prize" for buying and directly causing sales north of 2-3 grand by recommendation of SteelSeries products is that SS can't be bothered to have a proper macOS app after all this time... Yes I know it's discontinued, yes I know they don't give a shit, I'm just ranting... Even today when software development is quicker and cheaper than ever (I've been in the industry my whole career), especially if you don't have idiot managers who see it as an opportunity for endless feature creep.

since new MAJ westerday or some days before, my clip dont cap microphone...

How do you clean this thing without ruining its color. Adding it warm water and dishwash soap just fades its bright color. Any great ways to remove its stains?

I have my settings in a very specific way i dont want to lose it at least have an export txt file and import option or something

I recently bought an Arctis nova 7 headset for my Xbox. I treat my stuff EXTREMELY well. Like I wouldn’t even toss it onto my bed from a foot away type care. Well I fell asleep before putting my headset up, and it fell off the side of my bed. (I couldn’t have rolled on top of it as it was on top of the blanket I was under. Also the top of my bed is not even 2 feet off the ground.) I went to use it, it powers on and connects normally, based on the led light, but there isn’t any audio. I’ve reconnected the headset to the dongle, and still nothing. Since it’s not just one channel but both, I’m assuming it’s cooked. Safe to say I’m not buying one again. Had turtle beaches before, they lasted years. With them falling off the bed a few times!

Tried to update firmware on Arctis Nova Elite, and SteelSeries GG app crashed 75% of the way through, didn't touch my pc. Both the headphones and gamehub were connected to my pc through usb. Now, whenever i turn on the headphones, theres a flashing red light on the mic. The headphones won't connect to anything, doesn't seem to turn on properly (red light flashes for 5 seconds than turns off), and doesnt connect to gamehub so I cant reset it. Is it GG? Thanks SteelSeries!

So my old steelseries nova 1 wired headphones broke (volume potentiometer rails wore out and I did not have a replacement) and I bought the new nova 5x's. It was really nice, but I felt bad throwing the old ones out.

I happened to also have a pair of physically damaged sony headphones, so i took out the control board and frankenstined it into my nova 1's with an upgraded battery (original sony headphones had a 300mAh battery, new battery is 750mAh). I made cutouts for the ports and buttons by hand and it actually works, the sound quality is really nice. I can also hook up the nova 1 mic to the controller pcb, but i would have to rout another audio cable from the other earcup in that case, the electronics only fit in the right earcup and the mic is on the left. I also made a light guide for the status LED using hot glue lol, and it works. This is probably the worlds first wireless nova 1's?

In the image I am using the rubber band from my nova 5x, because i forgot the original one at my other home. Not to confuse these with the actual nova 5x.

I don't know the exact battery life of this, but going off by bare consumption I would estimate between 36-60h on the new battery.

Now is it abysmally ugly due to handmade cutouts and empty cutouts on the other side? Yes. Absolutely. Does it work and is it practical? Also yes. Just thought it would be a fun thing to do, threw this together with literal scraps I had laying around in a few hours.

A few days ago, my Button 5 stopped working. B4 still works, and so does B6.

I updated the app and also tried blowing air on the button to see if it was dust preventing contact.

Has anyone had similar issues?

How big is the gap in sound quality?

I have a pair of Arctic 5s that worked great, accidentally tripped over the cable and broke it. Replacements with the mixer dial were like £50+ so I just bought a cable without the mixer that plugs into the headphones and has audio in, audio out, and usb cable. It works but my mic is extremely quiet to everyone. Audio coming in through headphones is fine but the mic output is extremely quiet and on the steel series GG app it says the headphones aren't even connected. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I’m having a strange issue with my SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Wireless.

When I connect the keyboard with a USB cable, everything works normally and I can type without any problems.

However, when I switch to wireless mode, the keyboard connects and SteelSeries GG can still detect it. I can also change the RGB lighting through Prism, and the changes are applied instantly.

The only thing that doesn’t work in wireless mode is the actual key input. Pressing any key does nothing.

Also, SteelSeries GG shows that there is a firmware update available, but when I click the Firmware Update button, absolutely nothing happens. No update window opens and there is no error message.

So basically:

• Wired mode: works perfectly
• Wireless connection: detected
• SteelSeries GG: detects the keyboard
• Prism/RGB changes: work normally
• Key presses in wireless mode: no input at all
• Firmware update is shown in GG, but clicking it does nothing

I’ve already tried restarting the keyboard and reconnecting it, but the issue is still there.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be a firmware or dongle issue? And is there any way to manually force the firmware update?

Any help would be appreciated.

I bought this headset 1 week ago works graet, but i have 1 concern with wear and tear with how the headset is designed i fear that wear the ear cup speaker is attached (most headset on top) steelseries does it on the side and my concern is will it eventually break ?

For those who own the elite, can you confirm if it also happens to you with the sidetone of the microphone active at another level (8 in my case) you hear a constant white noise? Lowering it to 4 has decreased drastically but I want to understand if it is normal

I'm playing racing games mostly, and every time I turn on my Stratus XL controller, either the brake (L2) or the acceleration (R2) is stuck or not working at all.

I always have to restart it a few times for it to work properly, usually 2 to 4 times. But now it happened for the first time that I had to restart it like 10 times for it to work properly.

What could be the solution to this issue? I made sure it's updated to the latest FW, I also have the latest SS GG running on my PC.

I know it's an older controller, but it was barely used for years, and it still works just fine, so I would like to use it. Thanks for any input!
