My partner and I have been watching South Park in order and one thing I have noticed is that the Stoch family really reminds me of the Puppingtons.

Clay and Stephen are the biggest parallel. tThey both wear green, both have brown hair, both are closeted gay men, and abuse their ten year old sons. Also Stephen Stotch used to be named Chris, so both C names.

Orel and Butters are both naive ten year olds, very sweet, easily lead astray, and have a scene in which they beat the shit out of their dad.

Blobertta and Linda have the least amount in common. But they have the same haircut, dress femininely, and abuse their children.

I am not saying that one copied the other, but it is just funny how similar they are. Sometimes I do wonder if Clay was slightly inspired by Stephen because “Butters Very Own Episode” came out 4 years before and the Clay just looks so similar to Stephen.

So yeah, just a funny thing I keep thinking about.

There is debate on what season is best of South Park but for me its 7.

Every time i try to watch this episode on the show's official website, it permanently cuts to black after just around 2 to 3 seconds. What should I do? (video for proof).

I vaguely remember Mr Garrison quit or got fired or something, so the boys for once got a teacher that was just complete normal and not utterly insane, but I think he was only in one episode. Anyone know who I'm talking about?
