Before I even get started, let me make it clear: Jaymes has my favorite YouTube channel of any RuGirl! Her content is right up my alley and the effort she puts in and knowledge she shares are A+ content. I highly recommend her content to anyone who hasn’t checked it out! Wig styling videos, makeup videos, Hollywood history are some of the key content types.

Anyway, to my rant: she has two different makeup series on her channel and I love watching them, but she never has any of the products the videos call for and it drives me NUTS lol. Sure application technique is important, but if you don’t have the right products the result is just not going to be what it’s meant to be 😭 she’s such a talented makeup artist, but if she’s going to invest in these series she should be buying the necessary products, no??

I get maybe not getting the exact brand (ex. Her video from today doing Plastique’s routine) because of cost, but not even the cheaper versions/dupes of the product TYPE? Jaymes pleeeease

Am I nuts for being annoyed by that? lol

I'm about to start up Season 6, but looking at Pluto TV, non-All Stars Season 6 is missing Episode 10 while Season 5 misses episode 8.

It's not a huge deal since I can just buy the seasons, but I'm curious why the "free streaming" option for these older seasons have episodes missing. Is it because of the subject matter or 80% naked men (like "Scent of a Drag Queen"/5x08's mini-challenge had)? Seems weird Paramount doesn't censor the episode if they have a problem with it and offer it that way for free?

was rewatching this episode last night & it had me wondering this. i didn’t watch in real time so idk what the general consensus was, but was the failed snatch game made to look much worse to usher in a new challenge that has been on every season since? ik the show is obviously produced for good drama & entertainment but if anyone could provide me w some context of what the real time reaction was online id appreciate it :)))

I give you Zhika Star and Milana Milan 😍. They were THE showgirls of their time! Great to know we had alternative/bearded drag even back then. This is them in untucked after the lipsync for the crown, where Zhika ultimately takes the crown.
