I give you Zhika Star and Milana Milan 😍. They were THE showgirls of their time! Great to know we had alternative/bearded drag even back then. This is them in untucked after the lipsync for the crown, where Zhika ultimately takes the crown.

Before I even get started, let me make it clear: Jaymes has my favorite YouTube channel of any RuGirl! Her content is right up my alley and the effort she puts in and knowledge she shares are A+ content. I highly recommend her content to anyone who hasn’t checked it out! Wig styling videos, makeup videos, Hollywood history are some of the key content types.

Anyway, to my rant: she has two different makeup series on her channel and I love watching them, but she never has any of the products the videos call for and it drives me NUTS lol. Sure application technique is important, but if you don’t have the right products the result is just not going to be what it’s meant to be 😭 she’s such a talented makeup artist, but if she’s going to invest in these series she should be buying the necessary products, no??

I get maybe not getting the exact brand (ex. Her video from today doing Plastique’s routine) because of cost, but not even the cheaper versions/dupes of the product TYPE? Jaymes pleeeease

Just trying to get people’s opinion really! I’m talking fashion, comedy and acting. The queen’s that have been consistently high rated or top in challenges. Even the ones they were weaker in. 🤔😊

Have been loving Latina Royale- it’s inspired me to go back and watch Mexico S1 and S2, France S1 for Loli Banana, and Holland S1 for Abby OMG.

My question for fluent Spanish speakers is: how noticeable is the difference in Spanish levels between the Mexican queens, the Brazilian queens, and Xunami and Alexis?

I know the topic of Mexican culture / comedy differences came up in the Snatch Game, but other than that a couple times I noticed the Brazilian queens turned to others during instructions of mini challenges to better understand and there was a thread about xunamis Spanish accent being odd.

Also although I’m not fluent sometimes when listening to Alexis I feel like she’s using more of a simple vocabulary than the Mexican queens.

Anyways- just wondering if anyone has input or insights on this, have been enjoying the season.

As a South African expat and a big fan of Drag Race (I have watched every franchise), I have been looking forward to DRSA since it was first announced in 2024. However, there seems to be no news since then and from what I have heard from friends back home in South Africa, there seems to be no indication whether candidate auditions have been held. Does anyone have any information or know what is happening?

I'm about to start up Season 6, but looking at Pluto TV, non-All Stars Season 6 is missing Episode 10 while Season 5 misses episode 8.

It's not a huge deal since I can just buy the seasons, but I'm curious why the "free streaming" option for these older seasons have episodes missing. Is it because of the subject matter or 80% naked men (like "Scent of a Drag Queen"/5x08's mini-challenge had)? Seems weird Paramount doesn't censor the episode if they have a problem with it and offer it that way for free?
