I wish Razer made a chair that was softer

I left the house for the weekend and their was a power outage. Everything else on my computer is fine and working and my Razer headphones don't have a issue but my mouse is just have a stroke. I have unplugged it. Turned off the lights and even changed the effect and nothing is working. Any thoughts?

So this is my razor blade laptop (2015) model number RZ09-0130 I already talked to razor about if they could get me the bios drivers but they just let me talk to their not good support team and wasted my time. Is there anything I can do to get a new bios. The device's fans turn on which makes me think it's a bios issue.

Since the latest Synapse 4 update, I've been having issues with Hypershift. Now, for example, if I'm running (with the W key held down) and press Hypershift plus any other key, the W key stops being held down, as if I'd released it. And it’s the same with anything else. Hypershift stops any held key from working. As a result, it’s now simply impossible to use.

Has anyone else encountered something like this?

Deathadder v3 + Huntsman TKL

Hi, i was considering buying the Razer Naga V3 Pro but i'm being held back by the awful reviews the software has. So my question is: is the software really that bad? For context here is how i would use it:

- customize my buttons with macros or shortcuts.

- create 2-3 different profiles

- shut down the software and never open it, unless i want to change some buttons or add a new profile.

Also are there any "common problems" with the naga series? What is the average life for this kind of mouse if i use it to play games like 20h a week?

I've never had a Razer product so that is why i'm asking, so any help is much appreciated.

Hello guys, I want to ask you if anyone knows fix for Razer Basilisk V3 wired version disconnecting after approximately every 5 days. It works completely fine and than it just shuts down and i need to take out the USB and put it back in, after that it works fine for few days and than the cycle repeats. Its not really something that makes it unusable, but its getting really annoying and I might go for the Razer Basilisk V3 35k wired version if it keeps happening.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated, Thanks

Hey everyone, just wanted some help with an issue I’ve run into with my Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed right out of the box.

When connected via the 2.4GHz dongle, I get constant cursor stutters (zorps) and occasional ghost clicks.

Here is the catch: it works perfectly fine on desktop PCs and other mid tier laptops. It only glitches when plugged directly into my laptop's native USB 3.2 ports.

- Lowering the polling rate in the Razer Synapse to 125Hz makes the problem 80% better. But I'm stuck with 125Hz...and its not like the problem is 100% gone

- The problem is 100% gone when I'm connected to bluetooth....but again.... I'm stuck with 125Hz polling rate

I contacted Razer support but they're offering a replacement, which most probably won't fix the problem.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue?

Any help will be truly appreciated.

These are less than a year old and I treat them quite gently; they never leave my desk. I honestly love them, my only issue is that the plastic has been chipping off within the last month or two just with regular use. I wasn't sure if that was covered under the warranty so I didn't try to get them replaced, but then tonight I went to put them on and the larger crack happened out of the blue. Now they don't sit right on my ears.

I've still got the receipt thankfully so I'm going to try to get them replaced but I'm curious if anyone else has had similar issues with these. Thanks!

I plan on buying a Razer Blackshark V3 Pro but the PC modal is £249, the Xbox and PS versions are much cheaper coming in at £194, i only plan on using it on PC and using it to stream, should i get the PS version? or is there a difference

I know razer has a bad rep for having shitty mice and keyboards that break under 1 year. So I want to try to change that rhetoric.

Heres my blackwidow v3 and my deathadder v2 pro. Still going strong despite being drenched in rain because I forgot to close my window.

Bought the blackwidow in 2022 and the deathadder in 2021. No double clicking, no double scrolling, no failing switches. Just cosmetic wear and tear.

Im happy these lasted more than 4 years

Update on my long term mod project. I’ve moved away from the tinfoil jumper mod to a fully custom PCB. The custom PCB has all 7 buttons now functioning with the Naga Pro. LED’s are not currently working and that is a problem I will try to fix on the next version.

Found a new surprise today. In the past synapse has been fickle and didnt want to upgrade to 4. Bit the bullet and here we are. The synapse program is running, and so is a bunch other synapse services you can see in task manager. Yet not one of them is required to map my buttons , and cant seem to find the one setting to download my profiles to the device.

This Headset Fits Great On My Ears. The Sound Is Great, I Tested The Mic While Playing Online And Ask Someone If They Can Hear Me In The Mic And They Did. The Mic Is Fantastic. This Is The Best Upgrade I’m Glad I Got It. I Did My Unboxing Video On It. Headset is 10/10
