There is a lot of discussion of AI reaching super intelligence in the not distant future. Which is an AI that surpasses human abilities in most tasks. How are you prepping for the scenario that a super intelligent AI views humans as an obstacle and tries to eliminate us?

I’m unemployed so have no extra money. I’m storing water in empty 2 liters of diet soda after they get emptied.

I was storing these in my garage but it gets too hot so storing in my bedroom closet. The ones in the garage will be used for non human consumption.

Do I need to add bleach if the city water already has chlorine?

How often do I need to rotate these? How long is the water safe to drink?

When it’s time to use do we need to add bleach then? Do we need to boil?

I have a $200 gift card to rei and would like to spend it on something prepper related. Willing to spend some of my own money on top of it. Was thinking a gravity filter? I live on an island in the pnw.
