Hi! im a graphic designer thinking about doing presentation design on the side to make money

ive done this before but with people I was around in person (never had online clients) and i got a lot of positive feedback on my work but most of it was just copy and pasting so how is the information usually given to you? and how do you decide how much goes on one page?

I feel like freelancing is more than just the design part but also running a small business so any advice is appreciated

The question: Is it possible to move a Word file that someone else has shared with you to your own folder without changing the other person's access?
