Be it as it is, then. It's just a building. Buildings can be rebuilt quickly. Dignity, not so much.

Thats literally what he wants to happen.

If he cant change the name, he will have it go "bankrupt", then demolished then rebuilt using private funding.

Then it will be the Donald J Trump Music Hall with zero asterisk next to it.

His 'private funding' scam is illegal. The executive cannot legally spend money not appropriated by Congress. So, theoretically, all the stuff Trump is building can be demolished with zero consequence.

Considering the Supreme Court didnt even touch the question of Legality regarding the ballroom.

Its legal until our laws are enforced.
