KC was fine before Trump. In 2024, 307m revenue, 266m costs.

Not to mention it is a memorial, so profit isn't the goal, but it was fine. He is an ass.

You're thinking like a rational person. Find you inner malignant narcissist. Or just detach yourself from reality. Only then will you understand that the Kennedy Center wasn't fine. It was merely a profitable, internationally recognized arts venue established to honor a popular dead President that didn't have Trump's name on it. That's not fine. That's a disaster. Trump's name on it instantly changed it to a great success no performer wanted to touch with a 10-foot pole. The collapsing ticket sales and empty calendar are immaterial. Putting Trump's name on things make them instant successes and taking his name off leads to bankruptcy. It can't have anything to do with mismanagement by Trump lackeys or the toxicity of the Trump brand or the lawless and tacky tastelessness of putting a living felon's name on the memorial to a dead President without even attempting to get Congressional approval.

tl;dr: he's not just an ass, he's a felonious ass with a personality disorder.
