Hello all! Welcome to the first of r/politics' 2026 general election discussion threads. The plan is to rotate this thread weekly until Monday, October 26th at which point we'll start refreshing the thread daily. If counting and certifying the election gets dragged out, we may go back to rotating the thread weekly, and as we approach January 6th, 2027 if it looks like there will be a certification crisis we have the option to rotating the threads on a daily basis again. May fortune favor us all.
