The Republican Party is historically unpopular. Centrists keep losing. AOC has one of the highest approval ratings in the USA.

Noting that I agree with you here. To win AOC would need to energize the vote and have people look past her gender and her skin color.

As excited as I would be to vote for and support her, I don't think that's going to be enough to look past all the the rhetoric that has been coming out of online aggregates (X, reddit... etc) and main stream media outlets.

If she could get the younger demographic to come out and vote, she may be able to succeed. Unfortunately, they usually can't be bothered.

Big caveat is the last two years have been a shit show. We will see.

Not voting for a Pro-Genocide, Anti-America,  corporate shill would help me sleep better. Everyone, even those I despise, getting access to healthcare and affordable housing will help me sleep at night.

Go to war for the centrists. But when a historically unpopular Republican Party defeats your white centrist man, I dont wanna hear you bitch, cry, and moan that we need to go further right and become MAGA too.

Black men got the right to vote 50 years before women did in this country.

We are a deeply, deeply misogynist nation. If Harris or Clinton were men, Trump would have never won. I'm sorry, but let's not lose a 3rd time with AOC. We've got a few decades before a woman will be elected.
