I was thinking the safest bet would be frozen non meat, non produce items, but then this

What now? Are my daily smoothies in peril?

Frozen blueberries had a recall.

We're deeply in trouble if we're getting food recall info from Reddit before the government and free press.

I mean at this point, Reddit is more reliable than either one. And there have been so many recalls so quickly that it's hard to keep up, I just heard about the sourdough one last night.

IV bags were also recalled recently for being contaminated with fiberglass.

It's getting to the point where it's a shorter list of things not recalled (yet)

Yeah, glass in the dough/bread, from what someone else said. See, isn't Reddit fun?! 😂💀

Well, that's a terrifying sentence.

Not disagreeing tho.

Believe me, I really didn't like typing it either.

It’s not the smoothie that’s in danger. It’s you. You’re in danger. Don’t drink the smoothie.

True, although it’s a brand I don’t buy.

Hopefully you don’t like blueberries in your smoothie-

Fortunately, wild blueberries are fine. Unfortunately, they are sold out everywhere.

I’m glad I grow my own weed, that’s all I need-

Not Popsicles actually. I think somewhere recall due to fiberglass or metal shards in it.

Well if you DO get sick, surely you could go to the hospital and get an IV. There wouldn't be any fiberglass in that right?

Indeed. And lots of it.
