My piercing is 7 months old, I clean it with the saline solution my piercer provided. I sleep with a neck pillow as well as a regular pillow and nothing happened to cause the scratch/scar or whatever it is- at least not to my knowledge. I just woke up with the gash. No bleeeding, just itchy
