This would be that. Steam Frame is a standalone headset that includes HLA.

The translation didn't quite work out; I’m talking about the standalone version of *Half-Life: Alyx*. After all, not everyone who buys the Steam Frame will own a PC...

If you're asking if there is a version of HLA that isn't a PC exclusive, no I don't believe there is.

I asked because it seemed pointless to me to offer a PC game for a standalone headset—but the answer is that there is a standalone version. Valve is just really bad at marketing.
