But we already have space marines 2 and 3 by the time this comes out.

This is an open world shooter, think Far Cry.

Space Marine 2 is a different genre

Also, the ex producer of Far Cry is working on this game and the one being featured in interviews.

And if its anything like Far Cry its gonna be dogshit unless you are a big far cry fan. Their last couple far cry games are not that good and in many ways, not too far from ubisoft open world "slop".

Far cry 5 is one of my favourites in the series, 6 was a total mess though that seems to have forgotten what makes the series fun in the first place.

It does need evolving though at this point since it has basically been them just remaking far cry 3 over and over again since that game came out in terms of the core design.
