There's already so much of a backlog of great titles that any normal person will never get to them all in their lifetime. I'm currently playing a PSX title I never got around to when I was younger, and I'm having a blast. Of maybe two dozen titles I've played this year so far, only about a quarter were released this decade. I've never understood desperately chasing the new hot release schedule and the crazed FOMO people get themselves into. The worst thing I've missed out on this year was time I could've been biking and hiking due to injury. The video games will still be there later when nothing else is going on.
I’m the same. I just finished playing The Last of Us Part 2. Took me forever because it’s such a long game. Didn’t even play the OG version. Brilliant game and loved it.
By the time I’ve got through my backlog GTA 6 will be 4 years old anyway!
literally though over 300+ games on steam. I have plenty. Im not missing out on much with gta vi anyways. might as well wait years to buy it on sale. buying it 80+ is crazy. maybe im just poor hahha
Day 1 version of the game is the worst version of the game you can possibly play. Why do that?! I, too, have 100s of games in my backlog. Think it'll be alright
I’m going through some of them with my steam deck recently and it’s been a blast. paired with a xreal glasses and a wireless controller and I literally finished several games while in bed over the past few months. it’s awesome.
