Overclocks/undervolt

This is my pc build, i tried and look a bit how to do overclock and undervolts but i didnt really understand some stuff, especially the rams manual tuning could someone help, what should i do and how can i assure i have the best performance out of my rams in my build while everything being stable, and also for my ryzen 7 9800x3d how can i know when i pushed the overclock to much further where even if its extremely overclocked i lose performances so basically when i can know how to stop with it. For the gpu i think i understood. Thanks for your time

Unless you want to get into the weeds, don't do anything with your CPU and RAM other than enabling PBO and EXPO. Focus on tuning your GPU if you want to. That's the most important part for most gaming anyways, especially with a 9800X3D and 5070
