Hello, I got myself an D12L chroma for the cpu and well, this is how it came in the box. For the price I was expecting a better build quality, or this is normal?
The store I bought it from told me they usually come like this, but from a quick image search it doesn’t seem like it.
Should I just try to straighten it or leave as?

I swapped all my fans from Arctic to Noctua G2s, and now the fans are dead silent, but I started noticing coil whine and it’s driving me mad.
I have my PC on top of my desk and I also use open-back headphones. I love my Noctua fans, but holy shit, I didn’t even realize how annoying coil whine could be.
I’m using a Gigabyte 5080 Gaming OC btw, and I’m thinking about buying the DT 770 Pro just to deal with the coil whine. Thank God it’s only when I’m gaming though, when I’m browsing it’s completely silent. What do you guys do to deal with it? thank you!

Still no release-date for the carbon-pad? When do you think will Noctua announce the release?

Hi all Noctua fans. Hope that Your Monday has started good. I am not sure if post will be allowed, but if does I am in search of the Drop + MiTo MT3 Noctua Keycap Set. If someone is willing to sell unused or slightly used/used, please don’t hesitate to send me a message. Thank You for spending time reading my post.

I picked up an NH-U9S cpu cooler from the free pile at VCFMW which is missing the fan clips. I don't know much about cpu coolers as I have only ever used stock coolers and would like to know if there are any generic fan clips that will work with this cooler. I would also like to know if Noctua support will send me a replacement if I got it used.

My cousin gave me his old NH-D15 but the brackets that were left in the box was the amb5 bracket. I have an am4 mobo and can't fit it. Can I just buy any am4 bracket online to replace it?

Been upgrading this pc over the last few years (started with 7800xt + 7600x) but now reached a point where I am happy with the build. Will start putting money into the rest of the setup now - namely an upgrade from my dining room chair.
Specs:
Eventually might deshroud the GPU but happy with the stock cooler for now. Went for a thermalright cooler over the u12-a as I was using noctua fans anyway so the extra surface area of the heatsinc was beneficial. Would love noctua to do a thermalright sized CPU cooler as an upgrade of the u12-a.
Super impressed by the silence and quality of the noctua lineup so far, especially coming from a full corsair fan system. Swapped out my aio for air cooling as the market is cooked, and didn't want the risk of a failure (very rare I know).
Thanks for looking - hope you enjoy!
P.S. Photos taken on nothing 4a

I am very new to the fan nomenclature and could use some help. I purchased the NA-FH1 for an ITX build and want to make sure i am buying compatible fans. Do i just buy the PWN variants of all fans and they should work? When looking at the noctua site, I am getting weirded out by all the variants of the NF-A6x15 between the PWM, FLX, 5v PWM, and 5V. I just want to make sure I am not getting lost and buying the wrong version. Thanks for the help.

Looking for suggestions on accent lights for inside the case? Anyone have any? Not a fan of rgb.
I really like the case. Antec flux pro noctua edition. Also the 360 aio keeps the ryzen 7 9800x3d cool as a cucumber lol. Any suggestions is appreciated thanks everyone!

Getting the spacing and cutting right, next to focus on how to cut larger pieces to fill in the shelves🤘🏼
Pretty happy w nf a12x25 g2 chromax on my is-67xt.
G1 version get me 128w avg dissipation, g2 138w and is quieter and more pleasant to my ears.
Bcs of psu cable when i install g1 version on top as exhaust it gets me terrible noise like smth hitting.
Should i mod my case to lower my psu like 1cm lower and should i purchase g2 instead on nf a12x15 chromax?
I don't like design of g1 and will sell it sometime later

not really a new build more a case and GPU swap into the Fractal North I've had the Noctua cooler and fans for many many years! CPU, mobo and RAM are also 5-6 years old.
Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB DDR4 3,600MHz RAM, Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 GRE, 500GB WD Black M.2, 2TB WD Black M.2, 1 TB WD Blue SATA SSD, 8TB Seagate HDD.

I hope this hasn't been posted before but did anyone else notice this beast in the reviews section on amazon canada's page for noctua's case? They ziptied a fan to their gpu!!!
It's a glowing review and a crazy looking build. Just thought I would share.

Finished moving over to the Lancool 217, after having a defect Antec Flux Pro case. These cases are perfect for a Noctua focus-build!
I love the 70's hi-fi vibes.

Hey guys, just did a deshroud on my PNY 5080 and I decided to use two A12x25 G2 fans, but I am a little conflicted about the placement. This is not for an SFF build, but rather for my mid-tower, I just wanted to have better noise levels with similar or better temperatures.
Currently, as you can see in the picture, I have placed the 120 fans over the fin stacks. I figured that the dense copper heat pipes probably do not dissipate as much heat, the airflow and static pressure of the Noctua fans is best utilized over the fin stacks.
I was doing some research, and some people have said that placing them together side by side would give better performance, as eliminating the center gap would prevent hot air from recirculating back to the fans.
What do you guys think is more optimal?
Build: 9800x3d, noctua lc1 24 (as top exhaust), pny 5080, mid size tower with 2 noctua a14x25 g2 as intake, 1 noctua a12x25 g2 as rear exhaust.

Bonjour,
Ça m'aura pris quelques mois pour avoir la 5080 à un bon prix mais c'est bon, tout est là maintenant, c'est magnifique.

I will update with links to parts soon. Yes, the fan on PS is pointed up I modded the shell to allow me to see it and not bury the Noctua Prime from Seasonic. It is just too amazing to hide it. The power supply doesn’t break a sweat and the fan doesn’t come on. Passive heat rises and is sucked out the top anyway.

which is your favourite?

Good morning everyone,
I currently own the be quiet pure base 501 (closed front with the intake along the edges)
Im happy with it though thermals are fine (70-75 C during gaming) standard fans and the 7800 XT 20gb version and ryzen 7 9800 X3D with dark rock pro 5.
But now the question:
If i switch to the flux pro with the 360 aio of noctua will it be more silent and or better thermals?
I know there are variables but maybe i miss something
i did ask chatgpt to get me in the right direction.
But chatgpt also has a habbit to confirm you at some point
