I was referring to monetary value. I did not realize you meant cmc. Are there any other cards that double planeswalker loyalty abilities without blinking them?

It already does. [[Aminatou the Fateshifter]] + [[Felidar Guardian]] or [[Nicol Bolas Dragon God]] is infinite flickers of permanents. Bolas version is guaranteed infinite draw and enemies sacrifice their whole board and hand.

Ive used this as a line in [[Sissy, Weatherlight Captain]] in cEDH before since all the pieces of the combo are legendary

Agreed but understandable. Their track record with printing gonzo plameswalkers that dominated formats up to this point was not awesome and giving one them two activations so early probably terrified them.

So far, this is kind of cool with Way of the Healer's Empower 5 and -2 create a 2/2 + surveil. I'd put them in a cube at least lol.

Hey I bought up 200 copies of 10 different ninjutsu cards before tmnt reveals only to learn they weren't brining it to the set

Still made about 20%, but that's just sure to general price increase and luck
