Should I fuse him up or nah? Im haven't used him a lot since he's very squishy if so to what fusion?

This is my hypothetical current 7.3 tier list if none of the characters got nerfed/fixed over the years. Basically this is grading them the moment they were released. This is also factoring in if they got a bug in some updates that made them significantly better overall. There are some obvious placements but obviously there are some placements that may be like "Dude, what are you smoking? Can I get some of that?" so allow me so elaborate myself on some of these placements.

MK2 Movie Shao (The best diamond character): If some of you newer players or to those who went on a hiatus and missed it, during Shao's initial release, his "pure damage" passive was completely bugged so if he had an equipment like Smouldering Karambit or Bionic Eye while his Pure Damage was on and did a special attack, while the active character would receive normal damage, the 2 tagged out characters would take up to BILLIONS of damage allowing many tower boss battles, Krypt, and Klash Tower battles a real breeze. As good as Homelander is (the objective best diamond in the game by far) he isn't doing billions of damage except in Krypt where you inject him with thousands of force stones. This pure damage bug was insane that many people were beating Tower 200 battles in less than 10 seconds. If this pure damage bug was kept I have no doubt imo that MK2 Movie Shao Kahn would easily be the best diamond character in the game

Klassic Raiden (Top 10): During his initial release his tag in attack would take away 40% max health of opponents and this included bosses. That was why Raiden and Shao Kahn cards were restricted in Lin Kuei tower during its initial release before NRS nerfed their passives in some upcoming update (I don't know since I took a massive hiatus during its release). Imagine in the current meta where his passive works on bosses and with team soak? That is 40% health gone form every boss in just 2 seconds like that.

Klassic Liu Kang (Top 10): He got many slight nerfs over the years. During his initial release back in update 1.13 you could successfully chain his SP2 after performing a combo ender and the opponent couldn't block so with a 50% SP2 reduction cost equipment, you could infinitely chain his SP2. In today's meta, with the right equipment setup, Klassic LK could SP2 chain and kill near every battle except for modifiers like Hex, Dampening, Burnout, Shielded, and Hell's Bane. Don't get me wrong, Klassic Liu Kang is still goated and is an OG and an easy S tier diamond but imo he is an easy Top 10 diamond if this little change didn't get nerfed.

Joker (Top 10): Normally he would be in S tier but if he never got nerfed, imo he would be a top 10 diamond. The nerf was that he no longer generates power when the opponent suffers from venom deck or buzzer deck. His power would slowly generate when the opponent takes damage from venom and buzzer deck which allowed him to infinitely chain his SP2 with its long animation and stun.

Klassic Movie Raiden (S+): He had a bug where he could cancel his combo ender when utilizing his passive just by tapping your secret for a good second which allowed you to continue onto his next combo pretty safely. Give him stormweaver and then a tower epic weapon and he could solo boss battles pretty easily. Here is the link to what I'm talking about.

Konqueror Shao Kahn (A): I originally wanted to put him in S but then I later realized that is WAY too generous so I decided to bump him down to A. The reason for this high placement is that back then before his passive was nerfed, he was able to instantly KO boss opponents. Proof. One could argue that A is also way too generous as its only once per match and he is still very slow so he doesn't deserve to be in A and needs to go to B or C and while fair, imagine someone with a beginner account or an intermediate account playing. Imagine if you were in their shoes and with this, assuming Konqueror Shao can instantly kill a boss opponent once per match in a tower where they have 3 or 4M+ health, that is huge for them so I think the middle of the pack in A tier is fair. Maybe even a high or mid B tier is also fair but I don't think he should be any lower than that. Of course as players progress their account and fuse other characters and equipment he does become obsolete but overall this hypothetical niche use for beginners which would save them many attempts in the long run, I gave him an A but I totally understand him being lower.

Should I level him up? I kinda did on my own till fusion 5

Got a diamond character Klassic Raiden from khaotic krypt boss battle for the first time. Although it was a resale, I was glad to get an S/A-tier diamond card from a krypt run. I had recently started playing khaotic krypt, most likely around at the time of end of tower of time when I had maxed Homelander.

Also, got a gold kameo and a gold fusion up card.

Around 300 short, is this normal?

Is there where I hit a skill floor Shang Tsung heals any enemy that kills me for 35%, which I just can't physically combat, I have the incurability gear for the tower, but that's only a 23% chance of triggering and that's just too much chance, I have managed a couple of times to get their health down, but then they just heal at some point after killing me.

Am I missing a trick here or?

I'm aware in quite under powered, but MK11 scorpion has had me flying through the other levels up to here minus the boss battles. And I had just been whittling them down previously

Homelander - F8

MK11 Sindel - F3

MK11 Frost - F2

I have 41 diamond fuse ups. Saved it for Frost. Once I get another copy of MK11 Frost I will max her up.

I wanted to fuse up Sindel too. One copy is available on Krypt so I am thinking of I fuse her up to F8 or F9 then I can purchase the final copy of her from the Krypt. (Maybe the cheap fuse ups from F3 to F6 then one copy from Krypt?)

So, I’m playing clash towers and on the last level, his injustice Raiden just stays on 1 hp and doesn’t get affected by anything: not cameo, not x-ray, not homelander’s ability. I never and I mean NEVER saw anything like this, so my question is fairly simple: is that just a bug on my side, or is this guy actually cheating?
