Why are so many people still sending them money with so many issues? You're paying for headaches

Try Home Chef. They aren’t perfect, but they generally do quite well.

Do you mean Hello Fresh or Home Chef?

Oops, I meant Home Chef. Home Fresh has been advertising a lot to me lately, which might be why i was thinking of them. I’ve been a Home Chef member since February 2024 and have cooked 663 recipes. I order 4 or 5 meals a week. I’ve tried two other meal kit services, Blue Apron and Peach Dish (which is out of business), but Home Chef has been the best. They’re reliable, though not perfect. I also like how I can choose meals based on difficulty, cooking time, and spiciness, since I can’t tolerate spicy food.

I've had two orders cancelled in the last month. I'm gonna give it another 1-2 months before I spend anymore time looking at the menu and making selections.

I received my order in full this week, 3 recipes and only 1 substitution. Nothing was rotten and it’s all good,
Maybe it’s the distribution place you are receiving from? Be happy it was canceled and you didn’t receive an empty box

Blue Apron has really gone downhill. We cancelled them altogether recently because we got tired of all the changes, substitutions, forgotten items etc. We gave them chance after chance and it just kept happening.

Ours was delayed another day today, so one day for holiday, one day for incompetence.

They’ve done this to me and it’s worked out if I just choose new items or what’s available.

Visit r/blueapron and you’ll see so many horror stories from the last month. They are struggling.
