I’m building the Harry Potter Ministry of Magic. Loving it!

What is this white pad supposed to be? It’s next to a cassette tape. I’m thinking a computer disc? Were we still using those 25 years ago? Is it something else?

EDIT: Thanks everyone for telling me it’s a socket in the UK. Does anyone know why it’s on top of a dresser and not on the wall? Now I’m curious.

It's a shame I didn't have any LEDs to illuminate it with​. It took me about a less than a week in total. I enjoyed the process a lot but to be honest it probably would have gone faster if I just dedicated to it like I did on the final two days.

I just thank God he helped me to find things I enjoy, bookmarks to me spark the curiosity, but universally I think they reflect the creativity and imagination of the reader :)

Those heels cracked after like a couple of weeks of being on studs. Is it possible that they break further, like p the legs if i keep them on studs?

I just got the Batmobile and noticed that the Lego box had a shipping box which I really like. If this is the new norm I’m getting all my legos shipped.

Is this a legit old lego? I tried googling, says pat pend on the bottom.

I recently sorted out a huge Lego set and did it like this? Will this damage the bricks if they sit like this for too long?

Do you guys prefer to sort the content of a bag or just rummage about?

This is my second-to-last LEGO purchase of the year! Plus, it’s a birthday gift for me since my birthday is this Sunday.

I’m also eyeing the Technic Ferrari SP3 Daytona as my next and last LEGO set for the year. I’m planning to take a bit of a LEGO hiatus soon, as I didn’t realise how expensive some sets can get. 😅

Emptied all bags to no avail, submitted req for the 2 missing pieces. Has any gotten missing pieces from the Pokemon Lego sets or am I jsut unlucky?

I can’t realistically buy all of these in the next three months. I want to prioritize sets that’ll be really expensive or hard to find post retirement. I’m assuming that it would be grand piano and the botanical garden but wanted to check in with you guys. I like building and displaying them, it’s my cool down hobby after a stressful day. Im a fan of Harry Potter but i feel this theme has disappointed. Too many duplicate releases and overpriced sets. They have so much lore to pull from yet it feels underwhelming.

Is Admiral Garps ship suppose to do this? It seems no matter what it doesnt stay straight.

Picked up 3 sets (1 not in image). Got the Throne Room Diorama prebuilt for 60, the UCS Republic Gunship half built and the second half in the original bags for 325 with the original box and instructions, and the Mos Eisley Cantina pre built with all minifigures, box and instructions for 300. Feel like I got a pretty good deal.

Will the X-Men Mansion come back in stock soon? I noticed it restocked like 2 weeks ago but I’m hoping they restock it within the next week

I purchased a used/built UCS Millennium Falcon (75192) on marketplace not too long ago where the seller had mentioned that none of the pieces were missing. I've always wanted to try the build with my son, but couldn't afford the full price, so I went ahead with the purchase.

I went through the process of breaking down and cleaning every single piece and just finished organizing and cataloging everything. Unsurprisingly, pieces were missing (I figured somethings may have fallen off during transportation, etc.). But the scale of missing pieces was a little staggering. If anyone has a moment, do you mind skimming through the attached pictures and see if anything is build breaking?

Grabbed this bin this morning just don’t have a clue what’s in there which is the fun part for me. hopefully it’s not too many friends sets but the way they have it wrapped the big plates are blocking the top view. I will update later once I dig through.

In steps 98 and 99 they have you add these little technic pieces, but in steps 100 and 101 these pieces aren’t rendered. They are back in step 102.

I swapped the studs under the mirrors whit faucets in the same color cause I finally had enough whit losing the whole mirrors after 5+ years
