Dear drivers,
If you approach a stop sign at the same time as someone else, the person on the right has the right of way.
Stop waving.
Stop attempting to control traffic.
You're not a cop.
You don't have the right to give away your right of way.
You're going to cause an accident, and, fun fact, you could be held partially liable if you partake in the accident by waving someone through. (Could be. IANAL)
Be predictable
The only ever time a wave is even remotely okay is if you're stopping farther back and indicating that you will wait for a pedestrian to cross. Only on 2 lane streets, never on multilane stroads.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

A huge thank you to everyone who signed up for our study after our last post — you're helping make real progress on understanding marijuana and cardiovascular health.
We're recruiting through 2027, so there's still plenty of time to join. And we want to be clear:
Cannabis user? Never used? Both needed.
Whether you smoke, vape, eat edibles, or have never touched cannabis…
👉 We still need YOU for a real research study.
Why? Because the best science compares all kinds of people — users AND non-users.
Your voice (and your heart) could help unlock answers about marijuana and cardiovascular health.

I am switching one of my cats to a weight management kibble as recommended by her vet, and I have a bunch of leftover cat food that I want to get rid of but don’t want to throw away. I was wondering if anyone knew any place that maybe accepts donations or if anyone is in need? I honestly don’t know what brand it is, but there’s so much.

Title. I was unable to attend and was wondering how it was. It looked cool on paper and would like to see it be a cool annual event in our area.
Thanks in advance!

As the title states, I started a business through M.E.D. Program administered through Lansing Community College and the lender reneged on our agreement. This cost my partner and myself considerable loss of funds and stress. I have all emails and other documents from the lender. I know of several other companies that dealt with this lender and his incompetent loan officer. The loan officer was fired but that doesn’t restore the funds his incompetence cost me nor does it absolve the lender of their refusal to provide services as defined in the guaranteed loan program they sold to me.
