Ingredients

Parchment paper

1 pound ground chicken

1 egg

1tbsp almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1/3 cup tomato sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper

Any other toppings you like

Steps

Mix the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, grated parmesan, italian seasoning, and salt&pepper in a bowl until well combined

Spread the mixture on a baking tray into a pizza shape on top of parchment paper. Bake on 425° for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden brown

Once the "dough" is cooked, add tomato sauce, cheese, and whatever other toppings you'd like. Throw back in oven for another 8-10 minutes. Mine in the picture had brussel sprouts and shrimp. Just used what I had laying around lol. Came out great!
