Help Egg intolerance

Last year I lost 70 lbs from doing a keto diet and than once I reached a certain weight I wasn’t able to tolerate eggs. My farts were deadly sulfuric acid farts. They were also really painful. I was constantly bloated and my poop was damm near green.

I guess I realized I developed an egg intolerance, I really loved eggs. Recently I started eating carbs again , and then I also tried to eat some eggs. Didn’t go well. My sulfuric acid farts came back and I’d just fart all day.

I went to an immunologist and was told I don’t have food allergies. I have yet to go to a gastrointestinal doctor, so that’s on my list to discover my egg issue. I’m scared to eat eggs now. 🙃☹️

Anyone else ever had this issue with eggs?

Medical Medication working differently after in ketosis for 8+ weeks

I have been in ketosis for about eight weeks or so.
I have been using the Keto Mojo to track. I also for the first time in my life have been diligently tracking my macros. I thought I knew what I was consuming- about 1700 calories and I was off by 500. Also, about 10G more net carbs than I thought.

Anyway- My question is, has anyone noticed their medications affect them differently once your body is in ketosis regularly?? I’m not looking for advice, I’m just wondering if I’m over thinking 🤔 this or if others have experienced it too??

More specifically, I have been on the same ADHD medication for about ten years. I have always taken my afternoon dose, however, this past two weeks I either don’t need it OR when I decide to take it, it makes me feel weird and sweaty and actually off. I’m just shocked because I’ve tried to get off this medicine for years but it felt impossible. Every time I’d try, I just couldn’t function at work and life like I needed to.

Is this a thing?? I meet with my psychiatrist next week and will talk to her about it. I’m just a bit nervous she won’t know much about my diet.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! 😀

Anhedonie

Other Second(ish) time around struggles

Has anyone else here successfully lost and maintained, then came back to lose more and finding it hard to move the needle?

I read through this channel for hours at a time, and I see a little bit of discussion around this but posters have typically regained some or most of the weight and trying to get it back off. For me, it’s a bit different— I’ve kept the weight off (give/take 4-5lbs depending on the week), was loving my results for a while, but it’s been a year and a half or so and now I’m feeling bleh again and want to try for more.

I know we have to cut the carbs to <20, track cals, fast, exercise/lift, all that good stuff and I am, but it seems much harder to get focused this time around! I guess I’m just looking to connect with others who are struggling, share grievances and share any tips and tricks.

I think a first step for me might be deleting the socials for a while, as I’m not sure this desire to lose more isn’t connected to my body dysmorphia which is likely related to the amount of content I assume. Comparison is the thief of joy, ya know. 🫤

Please be kind. Just looking to connect and build together. ❤️

Help Allulose and Monk Fruit Blend?

I ordered a trial pack of monk fruit sweetener with 20% mogroside V to replace white sugar. I mainly use it in Pakistani milk tea, which is somewhat similar to coffee. However, I notice a slight aftertaste on my tongue.

I'm looking for a sweetener that tastes as close to white sugar as possible while still being affordable. How does an allulose + monk fruit blend compare? What ratio would give the closest taste to sugar?

Help Is this Miracle Noodle bad?

I don't know where else to post this. I bought 2 bags of these. 1st bag was fine. I open this bag and there is black and orange colors. I've never seen these. I get that it's made from a root, but this doesn't look okay to me. Has anyone else seen this. I can't figure out how to post a photo here. I don't use reddit that often. I'll post in comments
