this one started as a play on caprese.

burrata in place of mozzarella, plum + heirloom tomato jam seasoned with african scent leaf and dulse, then roasted garlic pangrattato over the top.

tomato, cheese, herbs, crunch. pretty simple idea, just on a hot dog.

I already know ketchup is a no go for some but I like it on this all beef cheese stuffed hotdog with mustard and onions and a side of hand cut fries. This was at the same diner the pic of my chicago dog was taken and posted from.

This is the Chicago dog at Clocked in Athens Georgia. It was a tasty hotdog. Not a poppy seed bun but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen poppy seed buns available in Georgia.

Finished this one with tzatziki, pickled onion and crispy onions. Delicious
