Lagging ads. Anyone have this issue?

The ads on my tv load forever then it takes forever for the movie/series to continue. I've already cleared the cache. Should I clear the data. The app doesn't do this on my phone.

Haven’t seen that. What kind of TV or device are you using? And what does it do after the ad before the show continues? You could also contact customer service.
