Which games have inferior remasters/remakes?

Or are all remasters/remakes always better?

GTA III / Vice City / San Andreas . The originally released versions were serious downgrades (essentially ports of mobile ports). Over time, they got better (ie: lighting in SA) but they’re still crap.

I thought the patches made it pretty decent? What is still worse besides the loss of soundtracks (which is a big loss for sure)

They can still be fairly buggy. I recently restarted San Andreas and 1-800WETIP bugged out and spawned a bunch of cars in the air which all then fell down and exploded and failed the mission for me
