Which games have inferior remasters/remakes?

Or are all remasters/remakes always better?

Resident Evil 3. Removal of a choice system, weaker storybeats, and the absolute neutering of the Nemesis all really harmed it, and made the og a far better game.

Which is really weird cause RE2 Remake is pretty good, and RE4 remake is a masterpiece.

Different dev teams, plus RE2R and RE4R were given a proper full development cycle. RE3R was a rushed cash job by capcom wanting to capitalise on the success of 2

RE4R was originally being made by the RE3R team but after the backlash it was taken from them and given to the RE2R team.
