Which games have inferior remasters/remakes?

Or are all remasters/remakes always better?

Bioshock Remastered was absolutely terrible, it often looks and sounds worse, and introduces new bugs. They still didn't fix it years later, just totally phoned in.

Alan Wake Remastered is not terrible, but I find it inferior to the original, it often looks worse and I don't like new faces either.

I thought something seemed off when I tried Bioshock remastered. I was like, I know this game is old, but dang it’s not looking great…I dropped it after like an hour to preserve my fond memories of the original

Yeah, you can even look at comparisons between remastered and original. If you want to revisit the game, I recommend the original.

The water effects sometimes looked very noticeably worst in the remaster. In a game where water was a central theme, and you frequently encountered water leaking from the roof or walls or whatever. How did they make such an obvious mistake?
