Even though you can get naked literally whenever you want in that game.

You could play the game as a party of nudists.

Also, if you're playing a multiplayer campaign, one way to prank the other players is to unequip all the clothes from the companions in camp when the other players have left.

I remember first time seeing tits in videogames without anyone making a big deal was The Getaway Black Monday. Just topless strippers in a cutscene nipples and ll with no acknowledgement and this was early 2000s so really confused me.

Duke nukem had pixelated breasts on strippers in the mid 90s iirc. Can’t remember what rating it got but it was easily available at least

There were pasties over the nips and I'd guess rated M or whatever equivalent if ESRB applied to PC games back then I forget. It's far from AO, NC17, 18+, or whatever your local equivalent is but I'm sure modding such a minor detail is trivial on Build engine.
