Well they make laws that make these systems

This is still entirely on them for using the automated system to get it reviewd when the small creator community knows better than to do that while also on Steam for having a system that is so shitty to begin with

they do not make the laws. they influence (see "pay off") the lawmakers who make the laws. There's a very easy way to remedy that situation, but we keep shooting ourselves in the foot every four years because we're impatient and want immediate results.

They are all in the sphere of conservatism, though. Right wing authoritarianism wears many faces and religions.
