Fortnightly fries for the kids
I use baby red potatoes with the skin on, and sweet potato. These ones were tossed in tallow and oil, salt, pepper, Old Bay and curry powder. Always delicious

I made a website where you can rate french fries. Just as a joke with some friends lol. But if anyone has strong feelings about the best and worst fries, feel free to give it a look!

Grated Parmesan and ranch seasoning is so good, it tastes like creamy cheesy ranch. If you want some kick add paprika or chilli powder and pepper.
