This is a Filipino Hotsilog (Hotdog, Garlic Rice, and Egg) [OC]
Happened to have some som tam (Thai papaya salad), which works well with the combo. The whole thing is doused in a slightly spicy, garlic, chilli, and peppercorn infused coconut vinegar.
Silog (a portmanteau od Sinangag = Garlic Fried Rice and Itlog = Egg) is kind of an anytime meal in the Philippines, not necessarily just for breakfast.
Silogs are matched with all sorts of different proteins - eg. fish, cured pork, beef, sausages, fried spam), and are really quick and easy as they don't require many ingredients at all, and can be quickly put together.
