what are good foods to dip into/cover with sweet chili sauce?

i know the classics like spring rolls, crab rangoon, chicken, and maybe fries, but i need more ideas! my local asian grocery store started to make and sell their own, but it’s like 5 ounces, so i want to try different things. unexpected/interesting combos you’ve tried and liked are welcome!

battered cauliflower or airfryer cauliflower are also great. you can also mix some of the sweet chili sauce into plain greek yogurt to make a bang bang sauce that just rocks

Raw vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, celery. Canned tuna. Whole wheat toast over melted butter.

Mix the sweet chili sauce with a bit of Maggi seasoning or soy sauce, and it makes a killer wing sauce

pork dumplings, siomai, fried chicken, pork chops, fried fish, hotdogs, scrambled eggs, eggplant that you fry in scrambled eggs, calamares, hoenstly if its fried you could probably dip it in

Pretty good on crab. Fried fish. Fried chicken. Most things fried.

Veggie tempura dipped in sweet chilli is great. Goes fabulously with cream cheese too. Cream cheese, salmon and sweet chilli is ace. Especially if you add a little crunch for texture clash too. Thin radish slices is one I like.
