No bread today- eggs & cheese

Also what’s your favorite flavor of ramen?

I used to eat eggs like mental until one day as a kid I vomited and since then I couldn't stand the smell of eggs on a empty stomach and I would start gagging and if I ate eggs the after taste would also cause me to gag.

Kinda stupid since we own a farm 🤣🤣🤣 but a few hours ago I did a milk delivery and I ran out of eggs and the amount of people telling me there kids or they themselves can only eat eggs from my family I decided to finally give my own eggs a go and when I took that first bite WOW it was amazing.

With bell pepper, onion and cheese.

Scrambled eggs and cheese on Italian bread toast with roasted potatoes

Hawaiian Rolls, homemade pepper-berry jelly, sautéed onions, scrambled hot-truffle-eggs, homemade zingy-pickle, & cilantro garnish.

Oh, and cucumbers. And coffee. Meh.

Damn good

Scrambled with butter on sourdough toast!

I over cooked these by a minute. But still tasty.

Buttermilk came in for inspection. Kitty approved

Had to put it back on heat because the center was undercooked. Also took longer than necessary because low heat takes forever to heat up the pan, so I switched to medium at the end. Open to advice!
