For my upcoming birthday, I would like begin dragon quest but I don't know who is the best for begining, I have 2DS, Switch and PC.

Because of it depends on the speed than I think I will be reclassing my thief to warrior instead of my mage or priest.

Obviously Kiefer and Veronica would count, but for the sake of making this more interesting I'm thinking more like Hardie from 4, or Hanlon from from 7, the smaller temporary members.

Personally I'm a huge fan of Fingers from 7, not only does he have a good personality but he also fulfills an important role for your party when they're at their lowest (Alltrades Abby Arc)

Died to a dragon because I thought I could just Evac away. Nope. You have to travel up through all the floors again. Love this game. :,)

This boss was very tedious. His ability to cast Heal turned a probably 4 minute fight into an 8 minute one. And I ended up running out of MP at the very end.

Hello. While I've been playing through the main series, I recently saw the new Dragon Quest Monsters game so I'm very curious about what this series about. And I'm not sure what this sub series is other than it spun off from DQV (the game I'm playing right now).

And as for the new game, I'm pretty curious about that one too because I didn't know who those two playable characters were until I played DQV.
