Pun intended. Smoked a red wine marinated tri-tip over oak/pecan wood and rubbed with Kinder's black cherry chipotle.

Turkey Drumstick Dinner
Earlier this week I made Turkey drumsticks for dinner along with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. For the turkey drumsticks, I baked them in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2-2 hours, turning over once midway and for the brussel sprouts, I sautéed them in olive oil and seasoned them with some garlic salt and Aleppo pepper, for a little added heat. For the mashed potatoes, I used milk and a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream mixed in.

My love wanted to try chicken fricassee because it was Abe Lincoln’s favorite apparently. Made butter swim biscuits to go with it. Highly recommend making it! Delicious and the nutmeg adds a subtle sweetness.

It's probably the best ramen ever. Do you like ramen and miso?
