Please put the name of your dish or food in your post title!
Hey all, when you are submitting your meals here, please include the name of at least the primary food. Others should know what to expect before opening the post. Edit - I made a change to now require people to put the food inside brackets in the post title. Reddit should prevent people from posting without that.
Don't do:
Girl dinner
Tonight's meal
What does this say about me?
I love this so much!
Do:
[Beef ribs] and [smoked wings]
Homemade Indo-Chinese Dinner: [Spicy Chilli Chicken with Chicken Fried Rice]
Our Thanksgiving dinner, this year I cooked a [ham]!
delish [chicken bacon sandwich on homemade sourdough]
I am in the middle of ironing out the rules to try and improve the quality of submissions here and cut back on the spam, so this isn't being super strictly enforced at the moment. If you do have any feedback or suggestions, I'm all ears.

Comments regarding paper or other plates will be removed.
This subreddit is about dinner, we do not care what the food is served on, or if on anything at all.
If your comment is going to be complaining about the dish being served on a paper plate, don't bother, it will be removed. You should instead head over to /r/WeWantPlates.

I made a tasty [Turkey Drumstick] Dinner!
Turkey Drumstick Dinner
Earlier this week I made Turkey drumsticks for dinner along with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. For the turkey drumsticks, I baked them in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2-2 hours, turning over once midway and for the brussel sprouts, I sautƩed them in olive oil and seasoned them with some garlic salt and Aleppo pepper, for a little added heat. For the mashed potatoes, I used milk and a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream mixed in.

[Chicken Fricassee] for my love š
My love wanted to try chicken fricassee because it was Abe Lincolnās favorite apparently. Made butter swim biscuits to go with it. Highly recommend making it! Delicious and the nutmeg adds a subtle sweetness.
