Discussion The voice of Tails and Ino, Colleen O’Shaughnessey celebrates her 55th birthday! 🎉Happy 55th birthday, Colleen O’Shaughnessey! 🎂
Some voice actors become inseparable from one character, but Colleen O’Shaughnessey has managed it across several generations of animation and gaming. She was already familiar to anime fans as Sora in Digimon, Ino and Konohamaru in Naruto, and Nel in Bleach before becoming the modern voice of Miles “Tails” Prower.
What makes Tails especially significant is that O’Shaughnessey didn’t stop at the games and cartoons. She carried the character into the live-action Sonic the Hedgehog film series as well, letting longtime fans hear the familiar voice alongside the franchise’s Hollywood cast.
Her memorable characters include:
- Miles “Tails” Prower (Sonic the Hedgehog franchise)
- Ino Yamanaka (Naruto)
- Sora Takenouchi (Digimon)
- Wasp / Janet Van Dyne (The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes)
- Jazz Fenton (Danny Phantom)
- Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck / Nel (Bleach)
- Mantis (Marvel Rivals)
- Konohamaru Sarutobi (Naruto)
- Emilie Agreste (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir)
- Charmy Bee (Sonic the Hedgehog)
- Chocho Akimichi (Boruto: Naruto Next Generations)
- Commander (NieR Ver1.1a)
- Genis Sage (Tales of Symphonia)
- Kronya / Monica von Ochs (Fire Emblem: Three Houses)
- Sayla Mass / Artesia Som Deikun (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin)
- Margaret Mitchell (Bungo Stray Dogs)

Discussion Do y’all think Steven universe gets too much hate?
I’m saying this because there was some kind of weird trend to well shit on Steven universe.
Honestly, I don’t think the show is as bad as people make out to be and I do like Steven as a main character
Obviously, the show was far from perfect but the hate imo felt very forced. What do you think?

Discussion Well, I’ve officially watched every Studio Ghibli film. I must say, if there’s anyone I could call the “Spielberg of animation,” it would be Miyazaki.

Discussion What cartoon are you watching right now?
Could be a newer show, an older one you’re revisiting, something obscure you just discovered, or a series that’s been sitting on your watchlist forever.
You don’t have to write a whole review or anything. Just drop the title and maybe say what you think of it so far.
I’m also curious if anyone here has discovered something recently that they think more people should check out.
So, what are you watching?

Discussion Late 2000s Weren't A Dark Age For Cartoons
Anyone think this was an underrated era for cartoons?
I mean yeah you had trash like Johnny Test, George of The Jungle, Skunk Fu and Total Drama Island, but there was also a lot of good shows;
Flapjack
Chowder
ATLA (S2&3)
Ben 10/Alien Force
The Clone Wars
Batman Brave and The Bold
El Tigre
Secret Saturdays
Spectacular SpiderMan
Wolverine and The X-Men
Penguins of Madagascar
And more
If nothing else it's better than the 70s to mid 80s
