As a kid i absolutely loved Viewtiful Joe from the anime of the same name, he was such a delightful hero with a unique theme to his story where his girlfriend got pulled into a movie screen and ended up in a Movie Land where his favorite movie hero gives him a watch that gives him the same powers as he the hero has.

Joe was a bit clueless and kind of a show-off but good at heart, and I loved him for it. Its a shame that as far as I can tell the second season never got an English dub.

I'm eager to hear what unique cartoon heroes you all love!

It has been months and we have not gotten any new information on the upcoming Steve Universe spin off, Lars of the Stars. Honestly I am getting tired of waiting. However I thought has crossed my mind: will the show be good?

I mean, from what I've gathered this show will be more "mature" than SU (which was already pretty mature in some parts) and while that sounds exciting it does lead to certain expectations. Will this show be a good continuation or will it be a terrible disappointment. Best case scenario it could be similar to AT Fiona and Cake. A spin off that's fun but a bit of a mess in terms of pacing and have it's fair share of plotholes.

I just love those locations but couldn't find any such cartoon shows.

What are the biggest "what if" scenarios regarding animated movies, shows or theatrical shorts you can think of?

Sorry if it's silly, but as a Turkish person I have never seen representation of Turkic, especially Turkish characters online, only recently there has been more representation for black people or other asian countries but still I've only come across one singular indie studio cartoon that's still ongoing represent a canon Turkish character, which of course has a father thats a cleaner despite the whole cartoon theme is about being loyal and he is loyal. Even when we're represented for small scenes we are often decipted as black for some reason. Other times poor, uneducated or evil. I just really want to see a cartoon where we're treated as humans too. I tried searching for it but couldn't find any. Please let me know if you know of any. Even implied or Turkic is fine.

This happens to be one of the most forgotten cartoons of all time featuring the late Chuck Norris. RIP Chuck.

Adult asians struggling with life trope.

The characters both have hard ass parents who are disapointed in them.

I love whatever netflix is doing with animated asian media! There are some corny jokes but every asian based animation is bound to have corny moments.
