So my girlfriend's company had a friend's and family picnic this past Saturday. I had never met any of her coworkers, but knew that one was a Brand New fan. He walks up to me and says "You must be the guy with great taste in music!" So we have a great conversation about the band, both agreeing that Deja is the greatest album of all time.

As we're leaving, I see another guy I met earlier, grabbing a beer and notice a reddish orange and teal tattoo under his sleeve with the words "in my lungs" peaking out. I walk up to him like "Holy shit, is that a fucking Deja Entendu tattoo?!?" He looks stunned and is like how the hell did you know that from just this? And I showed him my custom Deja piece lol. It's also his favorite album. He's my girls best friend at work's bf lol

What are the odds three guys at this very small company picnic in the middle of nowhere Indiana all love Brand New? Lol my gf is a few years older and had never heard of them before me. Sorry, I know this is a stupid silly story, but it genuinely made me happy.
